China Customs Advance Manifest (CCAM) Rule

Dear Valued Client;

Please see formal notice as received from China.

With effect from 28th of June 2014, (vessel sailing date), China Customs will implement the new China Customs Advance Manifest system. CCAM.

All shipments with final destination Chinese Port of Discharge will be subject to the 24-hour CCAM rule. Clients are required to submit manifest information 48 hours prior to actual vessel arrival at cargo Port of Loading (48 hours being within weekdays only, Monday-Friday).

Charges, which must be pre-paid will be levied as follows:-

Advance Manifest Submission Fee (AMS) @ USD 30.00 per BL

Advance Manifest Amendment (AMA) Fee @ USD 40.00 per B/L

Required information:-

      Shipper’s name and address

      Consignee’s name and address

      Notify party name and address when “To order” B/L

      Cargo Description

      Total Gross weight,Total number of packages,Type of packages

      Container Number

      Container Seal

      UN Number for Dangerous Goods and IMDG Class

Any amendment of the manifest after 24 Hours rule, according to the Customs rule, must be approved by Customs at the POD.

MV Cosco Belgium Voy. 007W/007E ETA Felixstowe 22.06.2014 UVI 47821

Subject vessel will arrive Europe with 2 days delay, caused by port congestion at Dalian and Qingdao.
For schedule recovery it has been decided to skip Felixstowe.

Felixstowe Import cargo will discharge Rotterdam and tranship on the following vessels:

MV Ever United – ETA RTM: 01.07. / ETA FXT: 03.07.
MV Houston Bridge – ETA RTM: 30.06. / ETA FXT: 04.07.
MV Ever Lotus – ETA RTM: 27.06 / ETA FXT: 29.06.

Tariff : 101 – EUA(WB) Europe To USA&Canada

Rule Number : 101
Rule Title : GENERAL RATE INCREASE
Effective From : July 1, 2014
Rule Context:
A) General Rate Increases for year 2000 thru March 31, 2012 can be viewed thru historical retrieval of rule 101 in tariff FMC 001. General Rate Increases from April 1, 2012 to Dec 31, 2013 can be viewed thru historical retrieval of this rule.

B) General Rate Increase for year 2014:
1. Effective July 1, 2014 all cargo/all container types
moving from North Europe to/via U.S. East coast ports shall be increased as follows:
Per 20ft Container USD 300.00
Per 40ft Container USD 400.00
Rates published in this tariff have been increased accordingly:-

Tariff : 103 – MEA(WB) Mediterranean TO USA & Canada

Rule Number : 101

Effective From : July 1, 2014
Rule Context:
